ADVANTAGES:
- Information could be send quickly
- We can see the speaker
- Have feedback and two way communication
- In a big meeting, the receivers may not listening or pay attention
- It takes longer to use verbal communication when feedback occurs

- This will become a hard evidence
- Some message details are so complicated to understand so this written communication is necessary
- We can copy and send to many people easily
- Electronic communication is quick and cheap
- Sometimes feedback is not possible
- It is not easy to check that receiver sees the message and understand or not
- The language used can be difficult to understand
